Return Policy

      • To initiate returns please write to us at contact@vaarasa.com 
      • Returns will be accepted within 2 days from the date of order received/ delivered. 
      • Exchanges will be accepted within 3 days from the date of order received.
      • International Orders are not eligible for returns.
      • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
      • Store Credit will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.
      • FABRICS, SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS & LAST PIECES are not eligible for any Return or Exchange 
      • Products from Exclusive, Gold Heirlooms & Lehengas are not eligible for returns
      • Shipping charges are non - refundable.
      • Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.
      • Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
      • We mention very detailed Information & instructions with all our pieces, so that you as a buyer make an informed decision to purchase.
      • Please do read them carefully before making your purchase.
      • We can review certain concerns raised by you post purchase, however the sole discretion of entertaining exchange/store credit lies solely with House Of Vaarasa’s team.
      • Products MADE ON ORDER are NOT applicable for any return/refund/exchange
      • Products from Accessories and Jewelry categories are NOT applicable for any return/refund/exchange.
      • No return/exchange query will be entertained post 2 weeks of product being delivered.
      • In order to return the products unboxing video of the order should be done. Only after that return orders will be processed. 
        The product has to be returned in exact condition as it was shipped. We pack all our shopping in our premium handmade bags and cardboard boxes. If you wish to return any product, you will have to return it as you received it, with the bag & tag; without this, we will not be able to process any Return/Refund order.
      • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at contact@vaarasa.com mentioning your Order ID.
    • We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
    • Items will not be initiated by us and clients will have to ship their orders on their own on the address on the label of the packaging. 
    • Once returned the product will go through a quality check by our team, post which we will direct on the way ahead.
      • While shipping the return/exchange product, it is the discretion of the customer to ensure that the shipping service used delivers to House Of Vaarasa’s Office. Failure to do so, will cancel any Return/Refund/Exchange request.
      • There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
      • In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 72 hrs you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.

    • Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
      • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
      • If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
      • If the product is custom made for you
      • If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.  
Cancellation Policy:
  • After receiving your Cancellation Request, we will review the same & get back to you with the status of your order within the next 48 hours.
  • Your refund, if applicable, will be processed in 10 working days time.

Exchange & Store Credit:

  • On cancellation or return of an order, we will issue you a store credit of the same value to be utilized within the next 3 months’ time, from the date of issuing the credit.
  • Exchange of items, once done, will not be liable for return/re-exchange.
  • Please Note: The above T&C are subject to change and the discretion for the same solely lies with House Of Vaarasa.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
